BEALEADTECH CO., LTD. (hereinafter the "Company") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

This policy explains how your personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect it.

The Company collects personal information for consultation and related services.

The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes: performance of contracts related to service provision; handling inquiries and responses arising from the delivery of services.

3. Retention and use period of personal information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. Where retention is required by applicable laws, the Company retains the information for the periods stipulated by those laws, as follows.

4. Procedures and methods of destruction of personal information

Procedure
After the purpose of processing is achieved, personal information is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper records), kept for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws (see retention periods above), and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention as required by law.

Method
Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that make reproduction impossible. Paper records are shredded or incinerated.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties except where users have given prior consent or where disclosure is required by law or by investigative authorities in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law.

6. Hosting and maintenance

For performance of its services, the Company commissions external specialists as follows.

7. Rights of users and legal representatives, and how to exercise them

Users may at any time access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information, or withdraw consent or membership as applicable. This may be done through the "Edit personal information" or equivalent menu where available, or by contacting the responsible person by phone or email. For children under 14 years of age, the legal representative may exercise these rights on the child's behalf.

The Company may use cookies to analyze user behavior, visit frequency, and preferences in order to provide targeted marketing and personalized services.
